K750i
without at doubt on anything On the surface it looks like the sharp 902 has a better 2mpx camera but the K750i blows that out of the water when you actually look at the pix not to mention its quite small compared to the sharp and a heck of a lot cheaper the list goes on free on O2 online 30 quid a month 49.99 for Every other tarriff below JEREMY specs here along with a review http://www.ocworkbench.com/2005/sony...ew/k750i-1.htm |

agreed no tv out or MPEG4 recording
And the Mpeg 4 recording would be damn nice yes!! But neither does the sharps camera have a macro mode nor does it have Autofocus (that actually works )(compare shots of your camera to the K750i and ull see what i mean about autofocus) nor is its camera even remotely in the same league as the sony K750i or the new nokia N90 then we get to the fact that its bloody big and bulky and costs a fortune while the K750i is free on 30 quid o2 tariff or 49.99 otherwise here is a good review with piccies from the k750i look at them and ull see what i mean http://www.mobile-review.com/review/...-k750-en.shtml The sharp was the best phone out at the time but anyone paying that kind of money now for it has to have their head examined i think personally. Lastly i personally i dont think 3g at the moment is a plus thing it drains the battery and has flaky reception maybe in the future but not yet ill stick to 2.5 g thanks JEREMY Edit forgot to say RDS radio is quite nice too and also forgot that the K750i can connect via usb (cable supplied) and the phone and memory card in phone show up as a drive in explorer so you can just drag and drops files like if it was a drive in the computer very very usefull JEREMY |

But .MP4 is rubbish anyway, crappy frame rates. .3gp is better.

i dont know MP4 has its good points and very good points provided its implemented properly and i have to say on the 902 apparently its implemented very well
but then on the other hand so is full screen video on the K750i with 3GP simpsons ep encoded to the 176X220 (res of screen) with 64 k sound would be about 50 mb so i could get loads on my 1gb msduo pro card for the phone JEREMY |

The fone only just come out a few weeks ago in the UK officially lol so its still that price. I paid £290 for it on ebay back in january so got it early ![]() 3. The mpeg4 feature is great especially when you use the TV out onto the TV, i would recomend it on any mobile well worth it. The 3gp vids only use 3/4 of my total screen and arnt really good quality except if you got a music video to watch. But if its a movie or something the Mpeg4 is fantastic. Im sure the k750i is a good fone i'll hav a look at it sometime if one of my friends got it. Granted though the 902 is a big big but thats mainly the screen size but thats good for taking advantage of watching the full screen DVD playback and streaming video features so not bad overall. |

what i mean with the autofocus and macro bit is it is very temperemental to get a piccie focuesed u have to be very still
and the piccies always seem to have a bit of a blur no where near as sharp as the s700i and thats a 1.3 mpx phone yeah i can see the tv being nice if i had a tv but its a damn nice feature. i like the ability to have an add on flash for the k750i only costs 25 quid as well for a proper xenon flash which will make a world of difference rather than using the leds (although they are bright ) JEREMY EDIT have u actually looked at the piccies in that reveiw link i posted above the mobile review one since then on that forum people have been posting their piccies and there are loads even better than those ooo forgot to say 3GP as a format is capable of a lot more it seems maybe the implementation of 3GP on yours and a lot of others is just castrated (due to u having mp4 possibly) on the s700i for example its damn good and on the k750i and the p910i its good too |

They do seem pretty simular. The system like menus and that seem alot like the ones on the 902 apart from the different use of colour so thats not to bad. I dont really like SE phones to be honest ive only ever had a Sagem which was free with my PC, Nokia 3310 then a Sharp GX10 and now the Sharp 902sh.
