D500 PIM and File Manager problems.
Does anyone else have the PIM and File Manager programme for the samsung D500?
Well im having a few problems with it all. Its all installed correctly or so it says but when i put the usb cable into the comp and phone it starts to download the info from mobile to the comp but doesnt do anything. Ive left it for 4 hours to see what happens and it still just does nothing. Also it wont let me upload ringtones from the cd i got with the usb onto my phone which i suspect is because they are midi files and not mmf files. Any help greatly appreciated. |

Hi I always have problems with file manager when I reinstall it. If you go to www.samsungmobile.co.uk and e mail them (or ring them on the number given on that website) thay will help you.
Hope it works out. Clangerette

Ive now found out i had to get a file converter to convert the ringtones so i could upload them to the phone. Nice of the company i got the cd off to tell me this wasnt it?
Anyway, next problem is that I cant upload music files to the mp3 player on the phone. Itll start uploading then and get about 1/5th of the way through then turns my phone off and disconnects
