That just means it won't be available from any other provider on satellite

If you don't get streaming, you won't get 18 hours on E4, nothing like.

I don't know exactly what it was last year, but you only get a couple of hours of the afternoon and evening, when all the most interesting stuff happens, like the tasks and rewards. You get plenty of watching them sleep though.

I just called C4. They said it will be a big brother live stream on channel 705 launching with the rest of the other new channels on Freeview on Friday.

Call them yourself if you will on 020 7306 8333 and ask if 705 will be the Big Brother interactive stream.

Awesome! Its in Big Brother's interest to do this anyway as it will mean a potential of 3 Million more viewers have access to the interactive vote - which will increase their revenue!

Knowing my luck, my box will conveniently skip channel 705 in the scan.

lol. That's ok, I understand.
Big Brother fans should really invest in a freeview box now, if not for the main TV for another TV in the house as you really won't miss a thing. Good boxes cost as little as £45.

But you don't need to connect to the phone line with freeview. I don't know if you can even.

Yeah, there'll be no interactive voting. BUT, more people will have access to the stream, which means more people might be inclinded to vote, as they see what they see, and not what C4 want them to see.

You can thank the BBC for this for gettining out of the clutches of Sky and resurecting the old On Digital platform in the form of freeview. Otherwise I doubt terrestrial digital TV would even be an option nowadays.

NO you wont need another remote it will be available on 705 either by the red button from ch4 and e4 or just by going to 705 like you can with 701/702
