For those of you who are having issues with getting it on Freeview, the best way is to plug out the box for 30seconds at the mains. If that does not fix the issue go into the menu and reset your box.

Mine's working too - the red button is very fast moving to a black screen so far, which I think is a good sign

Live streaming laumches directly after the show begins at 2215.

Looks like they want to stop you just flicking to channel 705 and force you to access it via E4 (a BB graphic now loads up over 705 telling you to go to E4).

Pulling up any other graphics (like now and next) kills channel ident graphics on my box though

In fact turning on subtitles has the same effect of stopping the any other graphics loading up (without having to have anything else on screen).

The totally pathetic nature of my set-top box's hardware finally comes in useful

E4+1 is on channel 39; 705 is on channel (surprise surprise ) 705

I've just fixed my problem with the help of another ds member in the freeview forum.
I had 705 and e4+1 but no E4. Rescanning didn't work. I had to go into configuration and tell it to scan encrypted channels as well. Did another rescan and it found it.
Thank goodness for digi spy!

I knew it was too good to be true to be able to get the feed simply by selecting 705. Bloody stupid MHEG screen.

I've disabled digital text so I can select 705 instead of going through the red button tedium.

Does turning subtitles on not get rid of it for you? (maybe that won't work with newer Freeview boxes?)

It's okay. I don't use any of the interactive stuff so I've just turned it off in the preferences menu.

The subtitles trick doesn't work on either of my boxes. I did used to ages ago.

Once Big Brothe begins.

Possibly 9.15pm. Perhaps they'll start it early so we can get some views of the empty house. It'll be after they enter on C4 due to the different delay times used.

Doubt it'll start until after the C4 show, think this was the case in previous years.

Perhaps it will unofficially start on 705 before then though.
