Orange Upgrade - Recommend me a phone please.

Having posted in the wrong forum (computing one) probably take a day before it gets changed to this one, basically I'm due an upgrade with Orange in a months time - which phone would you recommend me to get... I ain't to fussed about having a 3G phone as the signal wouldn't work at my home address - so I'm happy with either a Samsung D500 or a Samsung E720..

I fancy the E720 more as its newer - anyone got one on Orange and had it problem free?

The main key aspects for me are the battery life - standby and talktime and easy of txting using T9 predictive text... Don't care about camera features etc - but its good having one on the phone!

Was looking at that but as I have the K700i I dont see the point of upgrading to that phone as it merely has more features than the K700i
