It's quite funny. We are all so vocal in our love of Steve. Yet something like this comes along, a great opportunity and we are too shy

There is someone on the official site who I think would be perfect, I met her at the meet & greet and she is a huge Steve fan. I have pm'd her and hope she does this as she would be great.

Ummm If you read this Stevie baby, it's not that we don't love you, because you know we do It's just we have lost our bottle when it comes to TV. Goodness knows how you cope with all the fame coming your way. We can't even handle 20 minutes on TV to sing your praises sweets Sorry Steve You handle everything so well

Sal has been in contact with Alice and spoke to her on the phone. I think she's too shy to go on TV but she just might end up on it....she's easily swayed! lol

d. Will probably get loads of calls from modelling agencies etc once they see my profile and I just don't need that sort of hassle in my life right now

I think you girls should put your money where your mouth is and do the right thing for Mr B, you owe it to Steve, yourselves and most importantly the integrity and reputation of Team Steve!

It's in the same part of the world that he and his jazz singer girlfriend have allegedly bought a flat together or at least where she is reported to have rented a flat. I assume she uses the same gym because on the evening he held a door open for me, I later saw the two of them saunter arm in arm together down the street .

I don't know the girlfriend from Eve but a friend, who curiously seems to know about such things, said that the description tallied with what she had read.

I've given you enough clues, Susann. I won't give you the exact location in case you become the infamous "other" woman, who leads Steve astray.

Been out of touch with regards to what's the latest on Steve & have forgotten almost to check his website.

Well I did had a look on there today & have to say very disappointed to read most of the posts by Steve's so called mature fans, gosh they're worst than some obssessed teenyboppers. From reading the threads/posts you can almost tell the sort of personalities some of them have ie obssessed, defensive, & worst rather dictatorial even.

For godsake treat Steve as someone who is man enough & professional enough to defend himself on any criticisms thrown at him, sometimes it's the only way to become more stronger in life. But some of the "mature fans" wont' have it, they will not hear any subject of concerns, suggestions, criticisms even when some of them actually sounds more of constructive ones.

No no no no, they'll not have any posts that they've "decided" are not postiive enough for them to read but most importantly for Steve to read, what??? At the end of the day it's down to Steve on how he'll take those concerns expressed by his fans. He knows that his chosen business is tough & in his case can only get tougher but he has to be able to survive negative stuffs to make him a better person & even more so as a better artist. In fact most of the posts are not even all doom and gloom but just some fans expressing their wish to see and hear more of Steve, well what's wrong with that?

All I can say is that "Ladies you're not his mother & stop mollycoddling Steve", so what if he gets to read those stuff, he's a big boy & can handle such things. He's been in this business long enough to know & understand that he can't pleased everybody.

As a fan ( not sure for how long as I seem to be waiting forever for the next "original" song from Steve) I would like to have the choice on what to say and what to read & will not be dictated and given ultimatum by anybody.

PS - came across couple of threads on Steve's site that were locked due to some of the posts voicing concerns & was construed as negative & worried that Steve will see them - childish & pathetic!

I take it you mean the posts I commented my concerns on. I agree, it is very silly over there, they just seem to be a clique group who don't want to hear anything remotely negative towards Steve's management, they have all become knowledgeable in the music industry and insist "steve will be fine" and "simon knows what he's doing", I would love to know how they can be so sure. They go on about how "Steve is happy so I am happy" what they fail to realise is the record company have promoted him very poorly and with poor sales they are hardly going to deem him worthy of a renewal of contract. It is a forum about Steve so if you can't post your concerns over there, where can you post them? They prefer to post things such as "steve is fit" and "diamond geezer birds" whereas I am more interested in listening to more of Steve's music and hoping he gets the chance to do so.

I was actually trying to stick up for someone on there who seems to come in for a lot of flak from a banded little gang on there. I didn't neccesarily agree with the thread opener on there this time round, but was just disgusted by one of the posters rudeness, then I got abuse back

I love Steve to bits, but have concerns about his management also. And as much as I love Steve and that voice, I have to now wonder if we are going to hear any more songs, original or not. It feels weird being left in the dark so much by his record company, when we are Steves fans

I really hope we get something soon, even if it is just a single and hopefully it will be a Steve Original

I agree Susan, have just been in a debate the most of tonight but its like trying to get blood out of a stone talking to some of them. However, there are a couple on there who are in agreement with me so its nice to see some being honest. The thing they fail to realise is that the pressure is definately not off, if the last promotion is anything to go by then I am not hopeful of Steve making it. He needs to get out there and be noticed. Someone posted on another site a rumour that it will be 2 years until Steve has his next album out Thats a hell of a long time!

I don't think it's so much that Simon doesn't care. As I truely believe he loves Steve's voice and has a soft spot for Steve as well

I think it is more that Simon has his fingers in too many pies at the moment Simon needs to prioritise more imho.

I've stayed out of all the drama on the OS, in the end, we are all there to support Steve, but we do all have different opinions. I don't agree with one group of posters on there, I wont say which because I've done pretty well to just stay out of it.

I wasn't looking to say anymore than that I thought a certain post went too far in it's nastiness to another poster and got a nasty reply back because of it So I took it to PM to take it off the board and then got told back on the board that I had made a threatening PM, which I hadn't

Anyway as you say two years I really hope that isn't true. That is a hell of a long time off. Steve could lose a lot of his fanbase if that is true I wish he would put out a single of one of one his own originals songs I would love that
