Arrogance/confidence

Ok, I can understand one, or perhaps two people being allowed into the big brother house.

But they all seem so far stuck up their own a*ses.

I know that they are not meant to be wonderful, moral people, but why is it that they are all so arrogant? is it just me that thinks this.

Most of the housemates talked about how attractive they are, how everyone will be jealous of them, how they are so opinionated and hate certain sectors of society and dont care about letting them know.

Its not just one or two of them. Its most of them!

Bunch of chavs. Cant stand most of them. So conceited. Argh!

I noticed that too. They seem to love themselves and people like that bore me

I'm glad to see someone without the typcial fanboi attitude. Face it kids - this year's bunch are all from the same socio-economic standing, they are all mediawhores, and without exception, are all under 40.

I get the impression the only criteria for being chosen for BB6 is that the person must be, clinically, a narcissist.

That way they all hit maximum arrogance yet also maximum vulnerability.

I suppose they are the only type of people left who would apply for big brother, knowing now what fate lies ahead of those who enter the house.

I just find it all a bit tiring. I know I'll probably sound snobbish, but I wish there was someone that I could at least some way identify with.

I think its fair to say that BB are aiming for the tweenie votes to extreme this year!

Yes - there are too many youngsters there, who I think tend to run out of steam when the boredom kicks in and who tend to have fewer resources to draw on.

I think all BB hms are narcissistic to a degree, but like you say, they usually include a few people where the problem is less serious! I like it when they have people who can be genuinely funny and spontaneous, but who can take on a more mature role from time to time.

I agree, which is why I only really like Mary so far. A bit on the odd side, but the others are all just so loud and sex obsessed and in love with themselves and generally boring (so far)

and thats wat the majority of the country is like
so they appeal to the masses
and hence the ratings
SEX + CONFRONTATIONAL PEOPLE + BIGOTED VIEWS = compulsive viewing apparently

Those video clips gave some really bad impressions of just about all of them. I expect there alot more toned down in real life. Although that hairdresser guy really shocked me. I dont think ill ever forgive him for what he said in his video clip. What a complete ****hole.

The hairdresser guy (can't remember his name yet) really annoyed me. Why does he hate lefties?

goodness, I know. He was absolutely awful

I'm just praying I am proved wrong, although I find it hard to believe that people that would openly boast about those attributes in public could ever be likeable
