The HM with the most noms (or if tied - those HMs with the most noms) will be immune from the public vote - simple as that.
So - if Makosi has most noms then the HMs with the 2nd and 3rd most noms will be up. If Makosi hasn't got most noms then she will be up against the HM (or HMs) with the 2nd most noms.
Will Makosi realise she has to nom 2 popular HMs herself - that'll be a good test of her gameplaying.
With 26 noms up for grabs it seems perfectly possible that we will end up with a 3-way or even 4-way vote this week.
