burstovary

already we have a divide.

In the snug are the intelligencia boring sensible types - BTW I like this group

in the house are the Ibiza slag geezer types

and Derek is isolated in his room like a fox about to be hounded

If he is isolated and doesn't fit in I will be supporting Derek as I did Jon Tickle.. can't be bothered with favs this time.

That's how I see it too burstovary.
Going by the last 3 hours anyway.

Whether this is a lasting divide that lasts longer than a day remains to be seen.

I don't think this will be a permanent divide. Both Vanessa and Craig seem the "Ibiza" types too.

Could someone please say what made them regard the people in the snug as intelligent or interesting?

I couldn't stand listening to Craig for more than a minute at a time, so I missed a lot; but nothing I heard, and nothing in the "what's happening" thread, sounded at all interesting (except maybe for something about it being BB's idea for Mary to carry the broomstick).

Can't say the snug exactly seemed a haunt of the intelligensia - Kemal made some interesting points in his video but said nothing of note in the snug. Vanessa and Craig put together might equal the intelligence of the average chimp. I think Roberto could prove of interest - but he isn't there yet. Makosi was being confrontational for the sake of it - without saying much of interest and all evidence so far doesn't suggest a Nobel prize will come her way any time soon. Its difficult to judge Mary's intelligence because she is so left-field she's incomprehensible much of the time.

I'll have a go at the other lot some other time - but none of them are quite as pig sh*t thick as Craig (though Lesley is trying to stake a claim to his title).

Derek undoubtedly is intelligent - though his declared admiration for the Hamiltons might suggest he doesn't rank so highly on the common sense scale...

OK when I said Intelligencia
I was using the word in its broadest sense.

I just think that the conversations that they were talking about was debating.

In the other bit we had Science shouting rubbish
and Lesley showing off her assets.

Theyre not really brainy but compared to Ibiza types I thought Id give them a label.

Maybe someone could come up with a better label for them.

Hairdressing conversationalists?

Definitely, Vanessa was a table dancer and seems to be a airhead too. Craig probably has more about him but is boring at heart.

its a bit early to make this kind of statements they might mix with different people latter which may bring out different sides to people.

I also enjoyed the bunch in the loft last night too ... can't be doing with the Ibiza lot this year.

I have a bad feeling some of this years lot I will be feeling towards them as I did BB3. I was hoping not to find a favourite that I like and just go for entertainment but maybe not now.

I'm liking Mary Roberto and Derek

Also after last nights row even the Audition t*sser Craig seemed sensible and ok
