Show biz is full of male gay entertainers, extrovert gay males do seem to be more entertaining than your average male or female.

No..but channel whatever think they are..and know that ,same as every year the tabloids will be moaning for a month that this is the worse BB ever,but the n get behind it in the last few weeks as the "official BB paper"

Gay men are more entertaining for gay male viewers? Perhaps Endemol thinks alot of it's male viewers are gay?
Those types of gay men aren't the only ones that exist in society though and they certainly don't appeal to everyone.

You only have to look at the history of radio & TV & you will find many male entertainers were & are gay & appeal to both hetrosexual & gay audiances.
The 'gays' who act up and talk camp are usually gays that have never been with another man. They just put on the show because it gets them attention.

I live in Brighton, a city with a large gay population,yet Iv'e never seen people QUITE so camp anywhere else other than BB!!
