Anyone else getting nothing when pressing red? Yeah, I know about 705. Annoyingly though - the only way I can get the stream to run without the annoying message is by pressing 'i', which places an annoying now/next thing on the screen. As soon as I remove it, the message returns. I have an exit button on my box but it doesnt exit from the screen, I've tried every other button and had no luck, although I think 'menu' works, but again, that takes up a lot of room on the screen.

Anyone?

When BB Live is on E4, it doesn't work, wait until a programme unrelated to BB comes on then prrss red, it'll go to 705 without the eye and the message.

There are a couple of things to try: if you have a box that you can turn interactive content off in the options then that'll stop the graphic appearing that gets overlaid on 705. Alternatively try simply turning subtitles on.

I expected the red button to come back once "BB Live" finished and "BB Launch Show" repeat started. However, the red button hasn't returned

Will the red button only appear when a non-BB programme is on E4?

Also, my idgibox may be crappy - I can't get the subtitle button to do anything on channel 705. It seems there is no subtitle, so the subtitle chooser pops off after a few seconds and big white screen returns.

705 Live Feed is working for me, the only time that 705 doesn't work is when BB Live is E4 I think...

I have a new freeview box & 705 shows up on the channel listings but when I ge to it, all I get is:
For BB Live 24 hrs. a day, please retune to E4 on Channel 14!

I'm totally confused as the red button does nothing on E4!

Re-scan your Freeview or whatever it's called...thats what I did

It's a nightmare - usually subtitles (even blank) stop text apps launching, but it seems that there isn't a subtitle stream on 705.

But, somehow, I seem to be getting live streamed action for nothing on the web from the official website - so I'm happy.

Usually you can go onto Channel 14, E4, and press red, which takes you onto Channel 705 for live streaming, without the white overlay eye.

But, if the red button is not working from E4, then just go to Channel 705, & turn on subtitles. There are no subtitles, but no text overlay will appear, so you can watch live streaming all day on Channel 705 with not one other thing on the screen. The only thing is that it will still go to E4 for ads, but that cant be helped.

Even without subtitles, your box should still stop the text from appearing.

I'm getting the same thing; the red button does nothing and when I go on to 705 I get the message telling me to change over to channel 14. Can't shed any light on it but I thought I'd let you know

Thanks to all of you for your replies. I can now get it on 705 as long as I keep menu on the screen - but the sound is cut!! I think I'll try the web view!

I rescanned and then about 20 minutes after that (during bblb repeat) the red button prompt appeared in the top right hand corner

The subtitle thing isn't a solution for ALL BOXES, it is NOT the definitive way of getting around this.

Re-scan it...that's what makes it work...

I found the solution for my box on another thread on here, When the big white mheg screen appear press guide and it will take off the mheg screen but not put the guide up. It works for me on an old ond pioneer box.

Yeh similar problem...but on 705 the sound doesnt match the picture...
