Whatever I do, an option for live feed dosen't come up when I press red and the menu comes up?

Am i the only one who can't get interactive on E4-Sky?
The live feed is working fine here. It's at the top of the menu when it comes up, just press select and it goes into it. Oh and you can't access it when the adverts are on, it must be when a (any) programme is on.
You could try rebooting your Sky box, this sometimes works.
Just unplug it for 30 seconds, plug it back in, wait 30 seconds again, and try again.

Your from Ireland, so have you got a UK subscription?.

Im trying to access the interactive, im pressing live feed and it loads, however its just showing the current program, any ideas?
No, I'm trying to put my FTV card in my sky box, when EPG has loaded, switch to 163-E4 and insert my Irish Sub card. Do get to press on E4, but BB live dosen't come up!

If you have broadband just use this feed...

Then bad news Jboyle, that card swap trick doesn't work anymore.
Only a UK subscription card can bring up E4 interactive.
All its bringing up for you is the generic C4 interactive and it will continue to do so.

It wouldn't make any difference alla, no-one can it at the moment....seems like a channel 4 thing.
