The Hood
In and around london , there are places where it can be dangerous for people to go. More so for younger kids, as they are easy targets for older younths who think they are in a Ghetto. Someplaces are so bad, people get shot on a regular basis. These places DO exsist, and they are hard places to live in.
It is an American thing. People here like to go hysterical over 'the crime issue', because some kids in hoodies are smashing up a phone box. Despite in Philly it's hard to walk down some streets without being shot at.

Give it a few years. The way things are going i wouldnt be supprised. I know places where u will get beaten up if you wear the wrong colour of clothing.
