No, he didn't say that! He said something to her, & she said English is her 10th language. When he was talking about her with Science next to him, he said that if English is her 10th language why doesn't she go to another country & join a BB there. I'm no fan of his, but he didn't say what you've accused him of.

I heard him say what melodytoon said. I don't think he once said, "Go back to your own country!"

They are all ignorant b*stards – If it’s not race, it will be class/sexuality/gender etc… They all seem to have very strong opinions this year and a lot of their so-called "opinions" are hilarious.

Max did keep on mentioning Makosi's Afro last night - he obviously does have "issues" with her. Maybe race/immigration is predominate factor - but we’ll have to wait and see what happens.

Her English is pretty good considering it's supposed to be her 10th. It's better than Max's

that still sounds rather xenophobic to me... why shouldn't she be entitled to join UK BB? She lives and works here, not least as a valuable and much needed cardiac nurse. And she's not the first or only HM of non-UK origin.

Wonder what he'd've said to Gaetano - "get back to your own BB! This is off the hook!"

Is that expression out of a film or something?

It started off with her winding him up about the way he speaks, including saying that he didn't need to swear when he spoke to her. He then asked her if she couldn't understand English, to which she made the comment about English being her 10th language. You know the rest... I'm not saying what he said was right or nice, but he's admitted in the loft that one minute she can be nice & he can talk to her, & the next she's winding him up. He also said that she talks down to people. She did provoke him into responding nastily, though I don't think what he said was appropriate or necessary. However, he didn't say what the OP accused him of, which is why I had to defend him (never thought that would happen ).

I know Makosi's got a task to do, but she needs to play it a bit more cleverly. If she makes her behaviour too personal, something tells me that some of it won't be forgiven or forgotten even if she explains why she did it.
