E4 & E4+1

Hi. I understand on Sky, these two channels show LIVE action in the Big Brother house... BUT, what is the difference between the two?

I understand E4 shows live from different cameras... but/so E4 + 1 shows it live from other cameras?

And are both the channels 20 minutes behind?

Thanks.

E4+1 is exactly the same as what is shown on E4, except it is an hour later.

E4+1 shows the same footage as E4, but runs one hour behind.
2005.

E4+1 is an hour behind E4 - like a catch=up channel, and E4's streaming coverage is about 15 minutes behind live (I think) so E4+1 should be around 1hr15 mins behind real time.

Does that explain it well enough?

EDIT: Three people within a minute post the same info lol
2nd EDIT: Make that five

This reply is exactly the same as what is shown on the reply above, only a minute later.

(Kind of like E4+1)

Ah thanks everyone! I understand now! So really, there isn't any point watching E4 + 1 because you're watching in on E4!

Yep yep! I understand! Thanks everyone! :P

LOL

You get value for money here!

Actually I'm on E4 + 1 on my big telly as E4 won't show, it's tuned but no picture, E4 + 1 on the other hand is a perfect picture.

E4+1 is good when you read of something that happened on E4 20 minutes ago, because you know that you can see it for yourself on E4+1 in about 40 minutes

So why is there a "dog" that says E4+1 LIVE ?

Because it's a live recording that's being shown an hour later? Much like when you see a concert on TV that's been recorded live, but shown a day/week/month/year later.

Or from a more practical perspective, E4 isn't strictly 'live' either. One's 20 minutes behind the other 1:20.
