Derek is allowed 15 minutes with clippers each day to do his hair. Makosi asks why, as he has no hair. Derek replies that it would grow if he didn't shave it!

Lelsey says that if Derek is allowed his hair clippers for 15 minutes a day, she's going to ask for her hair straighteners.
