Hi - This is my first post, so i apologise if i am not quite upto all the etiquettes for posting in these forums.

Anyway my issue is with DVD's boxes/packaging, with some DVD's it is easy to remove the DVD's from the boxes/packaging, for example removing the DVD's from Apocalypse Now, Toy Story Boxset & the west wing;

But with Planet of the Apes, & Terminator 2 i have managed to break the dvd whilst trying to remove the dvd's;

Has anyone else had these problems? or am i just a clumsy bugger?

Regards

Habib

All I can say is that whenever you encounter this kind of problem; just take a deep breath, and continue slowly (there's no rush).

Cheers,
Mark

Don't take this wrong but are you doing it correctly?

All though some may be more secure than others the basics of the removal proceedure are the same.

1) place your index finger on the button in the center of the disc.
2) lightly hold the edge of the disc with your thumb and center finger.
3) push the center button with your index finger while GENTLY pulling using your thumb and center finger.

The disc should come free.

If the disc is quite stuck follow the same proceedure again but try rocking the disc using your thumb and center finger and holding the case upside down and pushing the center button a bit firmer.

This Help?
