Last year I read in the papers that it is a 15 minute delay in which they edit swearing and things out of the sequence. But Kemal just said to the others that it is 20 seconds and they press a button.

Yep its definetley 15 minutes, always has been cos I remember it from the "penny" incident in BB2 when she dropped her towel at 8am but they still showed it with the 15 minute delay

sometimes the HMs look at the clock on the cooker in the kitchen and tell everyone what the time is. It's always 15mins behind reality.
I don't know why they don't set that clock 15 mins ahead at the start and then it would seem to be the same time when they read it out. "It's 4am Makosi" and it would be.
