When I think back to the audition tapes of Craig and Mary, I can't help feel that they pulled the wool over BB's eyes. Or BB tried to pull the wool over ours!

Craig told us that he likes to destroy people's lives, while Mary confidently told the camera she had been abducted by aliens more than half-a-dozen times!

I think Mary was lieing and using the whole witch thing just to get into the house. I'm not buying that Bulls*** about how she only brought the broomstick onto the show for BBLB. She had the whole thing planned and rehearsed either on her own or with BB's help. Now she just seems a fragile wreck. Meanwhile where is the Craig who likes to swear every 3 seconds while pulling people apart? Again, I feel that he was either lieing or BB asked him to 'sex up' his tape.

Been a little disapointed with BB6 so far, but hope that it gets better once housemates leave and BB becomes more evil...

Are you kidding? It's been great so far. And it can only get better. Craig, lying about his audition tape? No doubt. Mary? She's just weird.

The only thing I love at the moment is the house. I think it's awesome the way there is kinda no way to hide/escape and I like the fact that BB will not allow them to sleep in the loft.

Does anyone know if Makosi will be unlucky-13 for the rest of the time in the house? I thought it would have been cool if after all that today when she opened her case - BB had torn all her clothes up!

I do like the unlucky 13 idea but I'd like them to move onto someone else after a while! I've got a feling it will stay with Makosi though.

Craig comes accross as a shy schoolboy and mary thought she could make her way through BB on the back of her outlandish childish claims.

Mary was expecting everyone to be saying "wow you are a witch AND you have been abducted by aliens, that is sooo cool" , but nobody even cares and all seem to have her pegged as a bit of a fruit and a liar.
Shes 31, a bit old for telling lies and having imaginary experiances to try and get friends.

Another thing that is annoying is when craig swears he kinda says every letter individually. They are dull and frauds, get them out.

Mary and Craig definitely did exaggerate themselves in the audition tapes I think. I like Mary, even if it is just an act, it makes this series a bit different from he last.

I'd guess that she will be unlucky 13 only so long as there are 13 in the house. She will probably get a break after the first eviction.

Except Mary is carrying through the charade/delusion inside the house and she did tell them in the loft of one alien abduction. She was a lost puppy when she showed up to the house, she´ll be slow giving them the full on Mary. I´m surprised she told them so soon of an abduction. Of course the conversation was all about aliens at the time.

Craig. Not sure. I think in his comfort zone he is a miserable bitch and in the audition video he would still be in his comfort zone, in control of what he wanted to show. Problem is you can´t be that miserable and mean to others and be happy with yourself so out of his comfort zone he´s going to get tripped up. I´m still skeptical about him and his turn a bout because he seemed to love being part of that bitching posse but it seems to me his little "breakdown" comes at a time where he reasonably should be realising he´s on the losing end of a numbers game where his posse have been acting outrageously so close to first nominations. So I´m not convinced he was lying, right now I think he´s playing it cool, when the numbers swing his way I can see it kicking off again.

You have to remember that those arent really audition tapes like we had for the first few big brothers...

for the last few series its been open auditions which meant mary and craig had ben queing in the cold streets for a good few hours... then had to talk random for a minute to get passed the 1st stage... then wait nervously planning somthing to say as they await their turn in the diary room chair,

to make a big impression i think everyone has to go to extremes (derek seemed to be himself as did saskia) but even vanessa was playing at being the next marco.

i do however see craig turning inot his video again during the next few weeks!

I think Mary has continued doing the 'crazy Mary' persona quite consistently, while Craig on the other hand is so completely different to how I thought he would be after seeing that clip.
Its quite funny to see how different he is though, I was lmao watching him yesterday when he was on the sun-lounger moaning that someone had called him some nasty names (or words to that effect) and he found it quite inappropriate - destroyer of lives - bless!

As oe of the aliens that have abducted Mary, I can confirm that we have indeed abducted her on several occasions.

Why? We were just bored.

I quite like Mary and I don't think she lied about her personality. Though she said she was a witch she didn't declare that she could, for example, turn people into frogs. We are the ones who have assumed what she can or can't do. Granted she called herself a psychic but as yet this has neither been proven or disproven.

Craig on the other hand, "Mr I am so evil" "Mr I always speak my mind and tell people where to go"...from the the three days footage he does come across like a sheep in wolves clothing. All he has done suck up to everyone, bitch in private and even when there have been heated rows he has failed to join in. Unless this 'nice guy' is all a cunning plan to lull people into a false sense of security before going for the kill; I think he lied in his audition tape.

Don't forget BB will have already spent a good 4 months getting to know these housemates. They will have had many psychological examinations and I'm guessing the producers know their personallites pretty accurately. They probably were 'hamming' it up in the audition tapes but in all the meetings with the producers since then they have obviously displayed personality traits that the BB producers feel will be an asset to the show.

Do you really expect a nervous 1 minute piece to camera to be a good reflection of a persona anyway?

As regaurds to Mary, in her mind, she probably wasn't talking bollox - she probably genuinely believes what she speaks of. We may think its rubbish but I'm guessing she really believes she has been abducted - lots of people throughout the world do and there are studies under way to find out what is causing this phenomenon. (Sleep paralysis is a likely cause)

Witcharaft isn't about turning people into frogs or dancing naked in the moonlight. It's a pagan godess based religion which reveres Mother Earth and the seasons, nature etc. Yes, they can make potions etc from natural ingredients. but they're mostly about doing good and healing people or animals.

They don't ride broomsticks or cast the evil eye over people. They follow the pagan festivals like Halloween, and the Solstice and Equinox and may enact fertility rites - but it doesn't always involve nudity and certainly doesn't involve virgins or sacrifice.

The Church has put about all the devil worship evil nonsense over the centuries. Witchcraft is no more about evil than the Catholic Church.
