I've lived in Liverpool all my life and can't believe that I haven't seen him in town before! According to Davina, he goes to Liverpool Uni (me too) and works part time in the Passport Office (which is on Old Hall Street) just feet away from my workplace. Kemal is not the type of person you wouldn't forget walking down the street!
