BB has been totally gratuitous this year, and puts the females in the house at a disadvantage. They would never show a full view shot of one of the men showering in the nude but hey it's ok to show the women unclad with their huge chests hanging out. Sorry, but BB has to go just that one step worse than the previous year. It's what makes you feel that the hm's are just talentless wannabees who will do anything to be famous.

However in other countries, for example the australian bigbrother. They show both men and women showering naked, full length bodyshots on each.

In fact they all seem to shower naked at the same time together both male and female.

They even have a specific latenight show, big brother uncut, where they show clips from the daily showering of both the boys and girls.

Strange how its so different in other countries isint it ?

Oh yeah, I'm male and I would shower with trunks on... but I've find some way to wash my 'bits'.

I wouldn't like to not wash and rinse properly, so I would try to grit my teeth and shower naked in the normal way, on the basis I am already weeing and pooing in front of a camera anyway. The only difference is that in the shower 12 people in addition to the 5million will be watching me.

If I couldn't quite bring myself to strip off after all, I would have with me a sort of elastic waisted long skirt or similar, and raise it to round my neck for the shower. Then I could make a gap with one hand for the water to run in and use the other hand to swab round my bits.

Your expereience of prison showering is one thing but perhaps you may feel a tad different if it was braodcast on national tv. I think I may have a few reservations!

If I recall correctly, Kemal was the first to take a nude shower... but my memory may be playing games with me.

I do find it objectionable though that as some other people have said, they won't show full frontal male shot, but they will have no qualms about showing a full frontal femal shot. Not that I wish to see either, but it should at least be equal. On previous uncut DVDs I can't remember ever seeing men's bits and bobs, but there have been plenty of shots of female bits and bobs.

Seeing a naked person in a gym changing room is one thing where you don't gawp in amazement but naked people for the sake of it on tv just for the clothed millions to watch it is psychologically improper. It's like sneaking a look into a nudist beach just for the laugh.

You're right. This would have been written into their contracts. However, it doesn't mean that they are planning to go naked, just that they had to sign the contract, and that was one of the terms.
