I don't think the house would be dead without Makosi but she is by far the most entertaining at the moment and we must keep her in!

Really, if she goes on Friday I will be so annoyed...

Plus, I don't think she's the sole domineering character in there like Kitten was: we've seen a lot of Maxwell, Science, Kemal and Mary in the updates shows... that's not to say that all of them are domineering (well, Mary isn't, really) but what I'm trying to get at is Makosi isn't just running the whole thing...

With Kitten the highlight shows were just "kitten does this, kitten does that, kitten says this, kitten smashes this.. the end."

I think BB will have shot themselves in the foot if she ends up leaving - like when Jon and Fed were both voted out in BB4 ...

This is my subjective opinion based on watching the show. This is what posting on a messageboard is for. Sharing and discussing opinions.

Is that not obvious given the context that this is a discussion board based on a reality tv show?

People who think the focus is unfairly on Makosi tend to be people who have a problem with her.

She's one of the most interesting people in the house. Better her than the yawnsome Max or god forbid Sam (zzzzz)

People who think Sam is boring tend to be jealous girls who dont like her because she is very attractive. (zzzzz)

Or maybe they just think she really is boring, just like some people really do think Makosi has too much focus....

By doing the task, Makosi has put herself in a "heads BB win, tails she loses" situation. Even if she manages to get through the task (and I think some of them have sussed it now), she'll still have to win round any HMs who bear a grudge over how she's behaved. Just as it has crossed some of our minds that part of her current behaviour is actually her rather than the task requirement, I think it will also occur to some of the HMs, especially those she's insulted or really upset.

If she tries to show herself as a nicer person after the task is over, she'll have to stick with that for the remainder of her stay, otherwise the HMs might think that she was that mean-spirited all along. It's just as hard to pretend to be nasty as to have to be nice all the time when inside you feel like screaming your head off.

As the suitcase & wrong key setup hadn't yet happened yet when she was told about the task, I think she should have either totally ignored BB & not told the other HMs what she'd been told to do (BB would have asked her if she understood the task, & she could have said she did, but then continued to ignore it), or gone straight back out of the diary room & told the other HMs what the task was. Her punishment would have been being up for eviction, but nothing more than that. Once she started to go along with it & upset one person, she ran the risk of a ripple effect being created that she might not be able to get away from.

I think that if Makosi leaves there is still plenty of potential for lots of action. We have so many gobby people in there that Makosi wouldn't necessarily be missed. We have Lesley, Max, Science, Craig and Anthony to keep us amused.

Plus - we don't know if Makosi would be like this anyway if she wasn't in the position she is in. Without it she may be boring as heck.

When she goes either this week or next it will mean the producers will have to focus on the other 12 at last. Im getting bored of the Makosi whining and moaning show. Doesn't she realise that by being like this she'll be hated so even if she survives this week she'll be booted out the next??

Jealous of some wannabe on reality TV? Goodness, hope I never come across people who take these silly programs that seriously.

Sam has done nothing but bore my boyfriend and I to tears, and I'm sure we're not the only ones.

He's watched the same as I have ie what is shown on the live feed. And the only woman he finds attractive on the show is Vanessa.

The house won't be dead without her, the first week of BB5 with Kitten shows us that.

I couldn't stand Nadia and was no great fan of Cameron but when she won BB5 she made Cameron seem a much worthy winner but I still enjoyed BB5 non the less.

It's only week 1 and I'm sure the other 12 HMs have more to offer and will keep us entertained through the summer.

Each year pans out differently so I'll just sit back and enjoy the ride, it's too early for me to have a favourite.

exactly the first few episodes of the australian show were all focused on the Logan brothers and now they their secret is revealed and theyre focusing on other people the Logans are way less interesting.... I'mn sure whenever this task is done and Makosi can act normal then we'll also loose interest in her

I really like Makosi, I hope she gets their votes.
