my unlocked 3220 (previously on Orange) is now on O2, but how do i remove the orange startup & shutdown logos?

You'll need to get the firmware flashed in a shop.

If you accquire a USB data cable and install Nokia PC Suite you can do it this way.... I took my T-Mobile logos off the 6230 this way (Persumably they are both the same software)

or you could put in a Virgin sim card,that wipes it off

I've got an ex-vodaphone 3220, they've riddled the hardware with logos!
