The lack of having any housemate to support is the only real problem I have after originally liking Mary. They all just seem very unpleasant individuals.

I have skipped watching quite a lot of BB6 so far... I am already tired of the immense effort of HM to create themsleves by inane arguments....they all seem to be too well versed in BB to let it just happen instead of creating a situation and themselves.. I doubt they can sustain this pace though and once they see in next couple of weeks the osrt the public evict they wil be forced to reassess themselves and what they put out..but right now I find it and HM all very artificial....

Whether you liked them or not the BB5 housemates all appeared to be fully-rounded individuals from the start. This lot, for the most part, are coming across as two-dimensional (to me at least) thus more difficult to engage with.

BB4 was much more watchable than this, IMO.

I am enjoying this one more than any previous series at this stage. BB5 had some obvious highlights, but there were some immensely irritating and dislikeable characters in there. Of course, there are a few this year, but nothing to compare with Marco, Nadia, Michelle and Emma (think thats the right name, the Oldham girl is who I mean anyway). Yes, I appreciate I may be in the minority with that opinion on these boards. So far only Kemal and Craig have really wound me up this year!

And where is the humour ?

I am disappointed to date. I don't mind HMs being desperate for fame, but I'd appreciate a little subtlety with that desperation! They all seem utterly unlikeable. Credit to the producers, though - without Mekosi's task, this series would be far, far worse.

All they do is pander to the schoolkids who like pointless bickering and bitching.. be interesting to find out the average age of the viewers who are 'hooked' on this series barely 4 days in..

Maxwell and Derek are doing ok so far. Its early days, but I can't see any of the girls turning out to be funny. But maybe Makosi once she stops acting, and Saskia when she starts speaking.

I don't think ANY BB series has impressed in the first week. It's very much a "transitional period" in BB.

I didn't like BB2 in the first week, too much of enjoying the end of BB1, and the same with BB3 after enjoying BB2.

So what did BB5 have in the first THREE days that BB6 hasn't done so far?

You can't judge the middle of series 5 with the first 3 days of BB6!

I think it's the fact they've done too much.. At least get to know one another first before you start up the bitching and whining Hm's.

I think people always expect the new BB to pick up where the old BB left off - and that will never happen!

Another thing- too much people are comparing the first 4 days of BB6 to the whole of BB5!

Comparing BB6 so far to BB5 at this point a year back would show that just as much people aren't liking BB6 as were disliking BB5 a year back.

No, I dont know why but I am not hooked compared to BB5 or BB2! I am not sure why but I think its because I jus think the people are just stereotyped characters and not real people.
