They could do that but the result woul dbe too predictable she would leave and that would shoot themselves in the foot like letting anouska go so early.

A better twist would be to make everyone nominate as usual and then put everyone bar makosi for eviction on Friday thus opening the game a little

If after all this work, they changed their minds and she was up for eviction and if she dont go, she'll be up next week becasue all the housemates will hate her.
