What Is The Cheapest Flip Phone Wich Can Be Unlocked

I want it to work on o2 so if it is locked to o2 cool

I will also be checking out the carphone wharehouse,new shop just opened next to me,are they any good for service etc

Most phones sold in the carphone shop are unlocked. Makes life easier for them as well.

Unless they are Pay and Go on either Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange, Virgin or sometimes o2

Are the Motorola's easy to unlock?

Motorolas are one of the worst to unlock. Why not go second hand on ebay. A good samsung e700 for £50, easy as pie to unlock (except i cant make pie, but thats not the point), i can get you one that could do with a new cover for £30! my uncles contract is up.
