i have the above phone, which in have had unblocked,
however my friend sends me pictures to my phone,
i have 02 network. and my friend has vodafone...

when i try to open my picture, it saids go to the vodafone web site. and go to live studio, and then enter the mobile no.
with the password.......ok,,,

now, i cannott get to the website. phone just shows a blank screen.. i have phoned customers service, he has been through the proceedures, with me. and still no luck...
cost me nine pounds so far..

he saids phone him back if it does not work.. and it does not.
anyone know what is wrong.. i know it is a long shot......

i have done the same thing on my pc, and got the photo's.
but i want them on my phone..

help please or advice...

Its a network thing, and most likely not the phone.

Since you have had the phone, have you send a picture message OFF it to another phone?

Its likely that picture messaging hasnt been setup. To solve this you usually send a picture message from your phone to another and then you should be able to recieve them too.
