Craig has done nothing noteworthy at this stage but the public usually keep the boring ones in or at worst keep the boys in against the girls. Im going to evict Craig cos Mary seems to be the most etertaining at the moment

Craig is not gay hmm - then why was he having a conversation with Vanessa on the first night about their being no fit men in the house and him being disasopinted about that. Also on one of the sites in his "likes" it said "Fit men"

I really want Craig to go - but the more I see of Mary the more I dislike her...

Mary is now looking likely to leave with bookies placing her either joint favourite to go or some even have her as the new favourite to go, Craig is still the favourite to leave with some but things are definitely changing. I think we will be saying goodbye Mary

I can't imagine that Craig will go. Despite his horrific audition video, he's been sweet as pie in the house. Mary was doing really well and now she's just coming over as a complete joke. She makes this big deal about not being two-faced: sometimes it's kinder to be two faced (i.e. kind to someone's face) than for them to (as in last nights show) come over to you for a hug and then get a sermon about what a fake person they are.
This is a girl who lists Dracula as her favourite film- i mean, come on! Where did they pick her up, cliques are us?
I think she's going to be pretty shocked when she does get evicted and realises hardly anyone voted for her.
I'm also pretty sick of hearing how 'intelligent' she is- she's acting like a sullen teenager.
And I have been watching the live coverage on E4 cos I've been ill off work so it's not just editing. She is being pretty horrible constantly.

Yahoo is 60/40 in favour of Craig to go.

I think though that Mary will go - I hope so anyway, Craig seems to be coming out of his shell a bit and I am finding him quite amusing at the moment.

As soon as Mary was up I expected that she would go.

But now I'm not so sure. ALL the polls have Craig in the lead. It's a small difference, I know - but for every poll to have him out in front sort of leads me to suspect that he's not coming across well with the voters at all and will be kicked out tonight.

I still have doubts, but the polls are telling us something. If the result was going to see Mary evicted, I would expect at least some discepancy in the polls - perhaps a couple with her in front, but - none.

The average of the polls is generally right, IIRC.

I would be very shocked if Mary went after this. I don't think the polls are ever this wrong. I think Craig and Mary have an equal amount of "haters" but Mary has more fans as she had such an excellent start to the week. Craig has never been popular.

It depends what you mean by entertainment value though, and the viewers are notorious for voting off big characters and then moaning when it gets boring.

I just feel a bit sorry for Craig, he doesn't really deserve to go.

I know what you mean - usually the polls are fairly accurate. However, I think this year it might be a bit different. In the past the eviction nights have been fairly predictable (the editing for one has certainly given an indication of who is going to go). Last night's editing though was so balanced that I think it set it up for a less predictable outcome.

I appreciate what the polls say, however, I wonder if this time the interenet users are the ones out of step with the actual voting public We tend to support the more exciting characters, whereas this isn't always reflected in the voting.

I do however take your point and am prepared to be completely wrong - I just have a feeling that Mary is going to be the one to go, based on chatting to the "average" bb watcher. I predicted Liverpool would win the Champions League - even at half time - so I sort of like to go along with my gut instinct.

I think a lot of people will vote for Craig though, just cos mary's being such a bitch.

Craig is just starting come out of himself and i think tonights show may just save Craig especially if they show Craig doing Britney Spears, while Mary spent the day in bed!

I agree with you in the fact that we can't draw too much from the polls. It's just that they've never been this wrong before and if Mary goes tonight there is no way we can take them seriously for the rest of the series.

A lot of the polls started before Mary had really got into complete bitch mode ie. there was just the row with Saskia. Since then she has caused alot more conflict and misery and possibly people who voted earlier will have changed there mind since.

I agree with you regarding the polls being right in the past, and they are probably right this time. However, they got it wrong with Victor last year didn't they? And I am sure they were wrong with the whole Alison/Alex/Sandy scenario as well.

But yes you are right the polls are usually right.
