You may be right but if as the polls are starting show a swing towards Mary, not knowing how far the gap is, it may or may not be enough.

Yes but the highlights didn't show that so I don't think it would affect the general public vote. (I know I am arguing with myself here - all the arguments in the house are obviously getting to me. )

The problem being that it's usually the voter's reaction on the night the nominations are announced that swings it.

I'm usually pessemistic, so I'm thinking Craig will go even though I want him to stay. I think people would vote for Mary cause, although she may have had lots of fans in the beginning, I think she's giving people a reason to vote for her by moping around, saying she wants to leave and telling Roberto to **** off and the like. Craig hasn't really done a whole lot, I admit, but I think Mary could rack up a whole lot of votes because she's giving people more of a reason to want her out.

Given I don't particularly liike Roberto I didn't have an issue with what Mary said to him last night (in fact I agreed). However, if I was a Roberto fan I think I might be a bit miffed and for some reason he does seem to be quite popular at the moment, so maybe that won't help Mary's cause.

That occured to me last night too. Roberto will be popular with the public and her outburst will have annoyed his supporters.

Does anyone know whether the bookies are usually right or not? They have Mary as favourite to go now.

I think the BB Online poll, which is always very reliable and gets thousands of votes started from scratch again today and it is on 61/39 for Craig going, so it seems Craig has become less popular during the week and Mary more popular.

They are usually right but not always.

The last minute swings towards a certain person are usually spot on (Victor last year had a last minute swing towards being evicted and although I don't think he was favourite when the show aired I do think he had had a massive change in odds towards eviction).

It is interesting how Craig was odds on favourite to go last night and now Mary is favourite to be leaving.

I still think Craig will go, as I would rather Mary left and so I go for the worst scenario to help me deal with it better when it happens

MSN is generally accurate (I don't think they've been wrong, actually)

Last year Victor was miles behind Jason until that fateful Wednesday - That gave voters a big reason to change their minds.
I reckon Craig had far more votes than Mary so far, so I don't think that Mary could get more just on what happened on yesterdays show - it just wasn't dramatic enough.

Mary could be in trouble if they show her rant about Derek. Did that happen early on in the morning? If it did, it will be shown just before the lines are closed and she could technically be in trouble.
