Having looked at the lineup there's only one band I'd like to see - El Presidente - you should see them if you get a chance.

Will do on your recommendation, what sort of music are they?

I suppose you could say they are indie...though that's such a broad genre.
I don't know that much about them but saw them live & they were very good. A similar style to some of the bands on your list. |

I'd love to go.. I've yet to see Garbage live, so obviously I'd be dying to see them.. Bloc Party, The White Stripes, The Killers, Tori Amos, Ash, Kasabian, Razorlight and Kaiser Chiefs would also make my list..
But I'm not actually going.. so I'll just think about the line-up and be depressed instead. Have fun Craigywageybaby.

yup - off again this year - looking forward to loads, but there are bound to be clashes - new order, white stripes, coldplay (missed them last time, as went to see garbage and spiritualized instead), doves, razorlight, tori amos, bloc party, the tears, anne pigalle even.
can't wait. (and U2 the following wednesday) Iain |

Unfortunately I was one of the 'unlucky' ones who didn't get tickets!
I hope the BBC will have more live coverage this year. |

I've been quite a few times, not this year as I like to leave a gap of 2 or three years.

I only went once, enjoyed it despite the mudfest (1997),but you miss some many good bands due to scheudling.I was stuck in the nme field in three feet of mud watching Kula Shaker then I should have been watching Radiohead.
Beck was fantastic though!! |
