Those bloody Zimbabweans ought to get their priorities right and sort out the corruption riddled government before slating a harmless bit of fun.

Besides which, Makosi was hardly flaunting herself, her quilt and towel were pulled off her.

Can't believe they say we (Britain) are too liberal a country

But the reality is different. With no other talent besides caring for the sick, Makosi, like the rest of her housemates, will fall down with a thud when she suffers the cruel blow of mass public rejection when she is voted out.
</propaganda>

Caring for the sick being something that's little regarded in Zimbabwe's oh-so-pure society.

What a complete load of bollocks.

That's what happens when you have a press controlled by a mad dictator, personally I'm not surprised, I'm sure the treatment is worse because it's BBUK.

What a disgraceful article! I'm so glad that people wrote in to show their disgust! Poor Makosi!

After reading some of the views in that article, it makes me glad to be British!

I know this is shallow, but what a great body she's got.

"The 24-year-old cardiac nurse who grew up searching for fame and ended up in Phillip Chiyangwa’s bed is taking part in the hit British reality TV show Big Brother."

Who is Philip Chiyangwa?
Does anyone know?

A friend of Robert Mugabe I think...

The website is run by a Zimbabwean immigrant living in the UK.

Makes you think... what is he doing here? Could it be that he was supressed under Robert Mugabe's regime, and got out of there? He should be thankful for the sanctuary this country has given him, and for the freedoms that he now has.

Even though I don't think BB is the 'freedom' he came here for. We slag it off so why can't he?

I quote below a small part of a report in the NewZimbawean.
You may think their views about big brother are idiosynchratic to our media assaulted ears but you can hardly accuse this journal of not using talented and hugely courageous journalists

"There are also many tales of truckloads of police arriving in a neighbourhood to “clean it up” in this crude fashion singing provocative, derogatory songs about the poor choice of the urban voters to have voted for the opposition MDC instead of the ruling ZANU-PF, or about the prowess of the police at destruction and beating people up. This does not smack of a professional force “just doing its job,” the excuse of military and para-military forces for doing the unjust throughout the ages. Instead it suggested a praetorian guard of the ruling regime sent to send a message to a populace that has rejected that regime."

It is Zimbabwe, and African nations are renowned for their socially conservative opinions on reproduction, sexuality and sex. No wonder AIDS is epidemic there when they reject the condom, and Zimbabwe is hardly the "must visit" place of the nation.

It would be nice to know, what Makosi's stand is in relation to Mugabe's government Hard to believe she would be pro-Mugabe, but then again she did date a relative to him.

I do think the article does have some points though.
Might not be nice home-truths to hear,..but some if it I think is pretty valid.
