Now Big Brother is all about "entertainment". So why do you want to eliminate people who make it watchable. IMO I think Maxwell is funny. Some of the lines he's came out with are amusing. For example when he told Makosi to get a haircut.

I don't really like Makosi or Kemar, but there entertaining so I can see a case for keeping them in the house.
