Orange Service

Is it just me, or has Orange's network been quite poor recently?

Over the past couple weeks, the network has been on and off all the time for me, and a few of my friends, sometimes being down for a couple hours at a time.

It's probably a localised problem, (I'm in Torquay, Devon), but I was wondering if theres been any reports or announcements (maybe engineering work?) about this?

funny you saying that as i opened a thread earlier today about this sort of thing as i can send txts receive phone calls make calls but cant receive txts neither can my girlfriend and im in dundee, so i dont think its localised and also been happening for 2 days now.

anyway i called orange and they know nothing about any work being done and were trying to blame my phone until i told him it was happening to my girlfriends phone as well also i put an o2 sim in my phone and that worked fine.

so away he went to technical services and i still have had no joy and even now i cant receive txts and no phone call to tell me whats hapening, so yes orange customer services are a disgrace
