When Dermot interviewed Davina before last weeks show, Dermot asked Davina if she felt that reality tv Programming was coming to an end.She said yes and also mentioned that Big Brother had probably run its course.
Does this mean that they know that this is going to be the last big brother UK.

BB has been signed up for at least another two years by C4 so that convo doesn`t make sense.

I don't recall that comment from their chat but the 'I'm giving all my fee to charity' remark by Davina has been duely noted..............

This was in an interview in her dressing room when her friends were in there with her.It may have been on BBLB before the show started.
I would think that Davina knows what she is talking about.

Well, I watched the show and watched BBLB and that convo wasn`t in either one.

Davina would never say such a thing - and Dermot certainly wouldn`t ask such a question.

The question was asked of Davina - I think it was on Radio 1 though. She answered yes that Reality TV has run it's course in general but Big Brother is something different - It is seen as the elder statesman of Reality Shows and is different because the whole concept is just the little bit better that celebrity this and that - or prerecorded docusoaps.

So she did think Reality Shows in general have run their course but there would still be Big Brother for a while yet because people still care about it.

Or something like that.... I was a bit too excited last week to really take much notice

There seems to be a lot of closed minded fans of BB is this a reflection of the show.
Just because people missed things doesnt mean it didnt happen.

Why issues statements denouncing things before you have checked thats what an intelligent person would do.

Channels 4 haven’t committed to a any long term deals only the two years you mention, according to this article their waiting to see how BB6 does before going long term.

If you won`t miss it then why the heck are you on a BB Forum in the first place?!

Besides, BB has been signed up for another 3 series including 2 celeb ones.

It was on just before the HMs arrived in the house.it may have been on E4
