First of all, sorry if this has been posted about before, but I havn't seen it & I have just scrolled back 5 pages.....

How come Lesley received no nominations

Is she really Miss Popular in the house ? or do you think no one voted for her for tatical reasons? I mean, they think there is no way she can win it so save her for a later day ?

Although she has shown her self in a slightly better light in these last few days, surely that could not have effected people seeing & hearing the real her?

As in all Big Brothers the HMs want to vote out the people who think might be a threat to them. Lesley didn`t get any votes this time around because she`s regarded as less of a threat or annoyance than any of the others.

Tactical reasons seem the only plausible explanation.

If indeed it *was* tactical it could backfire on the Housemates. By not nominating her we have longer to get to know her. She has more chance to grow on people...(if that is at all possible ). I guess there's a teeny, weeny possibility that the longer she stays in the more we'll end up loving her.....

I don't understand how you can talk about "real" images of people based on what you've been allowed to see and hear by Endemol. Yet those in the house who are amongst the few people in Britain to know what she's REALLY like, when they decide not to nominate her you're happy to dismiss it with a flick of the hand. Go on, tell us about the "real" Lesleh. To me, she seems down-to-earth, honest, unafraid to air her views and probably more worldly-wise than you make out. Yet sadly, you can't see past her figure. Sure, she "bitches" behind backs, but no worse than all of us do every day.

I reckon it's just coz they all had bigger fish to fry - yeah some of them may not like her but they dislike others more.

Besides, brunobrookes, people make decisions about people they don't 'know' all the time. What do you think to Tony Blair, George Bush, Tom Cruise, David Beckham etc?

You make decisions based on general consensus, common sense plus your own brain.

My theory is that Lesleh and Craig spent the last week bitching about the others in the loft. They have hardly mixed with most of the others. We know what they have been doing and saying, but the other hm's are oblivious. Maybe the times when L and C have been shown on screen arguing with the rest have been the only times they have - it looks a big deal to us, but to the other hm's they are probably considered a minor irritant that occassionally appears. I would say it is a case of out of sight, out of mind. They are integrating more since the nomination results so I would expect Lesleh to recieve some nominations next week (hopefully!)

She reminds me of a young Lizzie Bardsley (the vile one from "Wife Swap")!

Thing is she's going to do well in this, the majority of viewers won't have a clue what she's like as they only see the highlights show and they seem to not bother showing any of her fights/negative moments on this, seems to be portraying her as an Angel on there, didn't give any coverage whatsoever to the Lesley v Sam arguing.

This woman, according to The Mirror, sends out calendars of herself as Christmas presents. You can’t make up that kind of narcissism - it's hilarious. And I reckon the housemates didn’t give her a single nomination because they presume she will be the token northern tabloid tart who’ll be out soon anyway, i.e no threat. Oh well say what you will about Leslie, she's certainly not lacking in self belief.

I don't think she is on any HM's immediate radar.

She's probably a lot of HM's third or fourth choice for nomination, as soon as a few have cleared out she'll be up for sure.
