They will only get a warning.

If anyone gets a warning it should be Derek, he's the one who's been talking about nominations to Science and Makosi.

Derek spent time with Science earlier today saying that he thought if Sam and Saskia left it would change the dynamics of the house.

He then spent time with Makosi and said much the same. When Makosi said she liked some people, Derek told her about Sam apprently in the kitchen the day of nominations. Sam had looked at Makosi (according to Derek) and said 'I can't wait to nominate. So Derek was hinting to Makosi that he thought Sam had nominated her.
