I've been having some problems with my phone lately - when someone calls me, i can never seem to hear them through the speaker, so i end out having to put it on speakerphone, which is pretty annoying.

Does anyone know of any ways to increase the volume, or any places where i could get it fixed???

I've been having the exact same problems with my v500. The speaker works very occasionally, about 1 in 20 attempts, but otherwise I use the speakerphone on about volume 3. Also, the microphone sometimes doesn't work either- resulting in a conversation when neither of us can hear each other. VERY annoying!

The microphone works on mine, it's just the speaker that i'm having trouble with.

Does anyone know how i can get it fixed or how i can increase the volume to more than 7?

This phone was slashed in Argos yesterday to just £79!

This is the Orange pre Pay one.

All the motorola phones we buy pre owned in oue store, v300 and up, we flash with an unbranded V600 flash, which runs real smooth, without any operators rubbish loaded up!

However the only problem we ever have, is that it will show bluetooth in the menu, even if the phone doesn't have it.

All motorola phones are just bad, never buy a motorola phone, I had a motorola C975 and had so many problems with it I had to buy another one. I then bought a motorola V500 and had so much trouble with it as well (also with the speaker). I am now going to buy a nokia phone, fingers crossed that this will work well unlike my motorola phones.
