Do you have to put your name and address in the text?

HOW TO ENTER
Answer the question: Which city is nearest to the G8 summit in July? A) Berlin, B) Moscow, C) Edinburgh
Text the letters A, B or C to 84599 between 8am Monday and midnight Sunday 12 June
Calls cost £1.50 (plus operators' standard network rate)
Competitors must be at least 16

No, doesnt say to, if you win. They'd text you back on how to claim your tickets.

I sent in the text at around 11.15 and got the thank you for entering reply around 12.45(I'm on Virgin mobile).

Personally I think they should restrict it to one text per number.

You have hardly got much more of a chance by sending in fifteen though.

I think it's total crap you get ONE ticket if you win.

I'll be a right Billy no mates if I won, if I wanted to take my brother, I'll probably have to pay a £1,000 on ebay!

Hang on still trying to make sense of the t and c on the website to see if the compis for pairs.......

Yes you do, it was never clear on the news, 6500 pairs it says in the t&C on thr live8 website.

It also says tickets can't be resold.

So there's no excuses to ebay them!

Did anyone else see the irony in this?

On the news yesterday they reported some students who were going to spend all day texting at £1.50 a time - so lets say they manage 20 texts a hour for 8 hours, thats £240!

Nice one Bob - lets combat 3rd world debt by increasing student debt!
