Im thinking in time of changing my mobile but dont really want to change my 02 number. I got the mobile I have the now just under 2 years ago sim free from an 02 promotion that was going on at the time and they gave me the mobile for next to nothing. I just used my old sim in it. It would have to work with my 02 pay and go sim and I dont want to pay over £140 for a phone. It dont have to have a camara but would not mind if it did but must work with 02 Active and can be used in Europe.

I dont really use Ebay much. I do use Amazon from time to time. Is there no other way I could get a sim free handset for my 02 sim and its got to have what I said in my first post. I go on holiday this weekend so would be waiting untill I got back before getting one.

Amazon also sell sim free phones in their electronics section so if you've used them before you shouldn't have a problem and they're pretty reasonable too.

You can get a very decent phone for £140.

Try here:

www.mobilefun.co.uk

Next day delivery too.

Contact O2 and ask them, "if you were to buy a PAYG phone from the high street (or other) could they transfer your existing sim card to it?". You could ask in an O2 shop of course.

Most providers often do this, and it should be cheaper than buying a SIM free phone.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for all the info. I will have a look on Amazon and may ask in the 02 shop as well when I get back from holiday.
