Just read Marco's thoughts!!

I remember watching BB last year and was touched by what Marco expressed with regards his feelings of self-loathing when he was younger and hinted at feelings of disconnection and bullying from his peers. So I find it surprising to say the least that he should describe Sam as I quote'she has come across as an utterly vapid and spiteful atrocity to mankind'.To everyones eyes she has been the victim of extreme bullying from a couple of people in the house and is having alot of difficulty relaxing for even a second when any of the Gnome squad are around.I would have thought someone like Marco would have alittle more compassion after what he said he went through.

It's not that surprising, let's be honest if Marco was in the house this year he'd undoubtedly be sharing a bed with Craig and Lesley, so it kind of follows theire enemies are also his.... Plus, his little speech about his low self esteem (I remember some jazz about not wanting people on the bus to sit next to him) just smacked of "poor me" put on for the camera.

In defence of Marco, his comments are a few days old, but many of his comments on Sam and Lesley..."In failing to show any of the spats between Sam and Lesley, Endemol have elected to negate any potential public sympathy which could accrue in (Sam's) favour" and, "Those who have watched the live feeds will be frustrated that much of the animosity between her and Sam hasn't made the highlights as it has proved both compelling and vicious to watch. Big Brother clearly intends to keep a significant portion of Lesley hidden from view, for the time being at least."...are spot on.

I have a feeling both Marco and Jenni TH have altered their opinions of certain HMs since their last columns were written.

It was entertaining at first when Sam gave it back but now it is just to much.Leslie's whole essence now is to destroy Sams little confidence with help from Craig, she has become obsessed. While Sam is just trying to survive with her mental health intact.

I've been surprised with Marco's column actually - he is quite articulate, and makes good points.

Why are there no 'Marco's thoughts' on Vanessa. Even though he knows her surely we are entitled to an opinion.

Stop simpering in the upstairs snug, complaining about the rows - you're on Big Brother, you twonks, who know, that gameshow where everyone rows with everyone else?. Avanti, the pair of them.”

Buxom and mouthy Lesley was another sign that this year's characters would be a strong mix. The naughty nurse outfit is a sign of an extrovert and egotist. She could be trouble with a capital T.

I hope so.”

Whilst I'm sure this opinion was shared by many others at the time of writing, it clearly shows how opinions of people change as the show progresses - thats one part the the entertaining factors that makes BB a success.

If we had all correctly analysed correctly everyones character within the first week, and that character never changed, I'm not sure the show would last the 10/11/12 weeks.

I find the idea that Marco is calling someone else vapid hilarious.

I don't know why.. Marco doesn't seem the sort to get brainwashed by the handwringing on a public forum much less the cries of a dippy girl in distress.. if anything Marco would of been right at home with any bitching sessions.. probably be in charge of them.

I take little notice of the DS reporters. They seem to be wanabies themselves.
