Throw into the mix the possible scenarios Endemol would want to avoid:

Lesley getting an awful reception i.e objects thrown. They would be brought to task on that, and now she seems to be at the height of her unpopularity it wouldn't be great for her to go.
Kemal leaving- with the bomb scare allegedly being addressed Kemal would they want him out so soon? If true its risky, even worse maybe than Lesley- may be worth a lay on the exchanges.
Or another woman being evicted leaving the house male-dominated?

Worth bearing in mind (or dismissing as conspiracy theories of course) but it could be worth noting how they could try to spin it in the next few days.
