Some good news (the bullying of Sam):

Offcom are studying tapes of BB6 to see if any broadcasting laws have been broken.

An insider has revealed (not sure if this is true yet) the Police have requested taped footage that has been edited from the live streams and the broadcast shows (after an employee working on the show contacted them about the actual level of threats and violence in the house).

Wow! I wonder if this indicates that more has gone on than we've seen on the livestreams.

With the unusual high amounts of sound dips this year, it could actually be much worse than we know.

Excellent. This just backs up what many of us have been saying (ya boo sucks to the Lesleh apologists). BB should have kicked Lesleh straight out without ceremony. Hopefully they still will. Better late than never. There is no question that, while wording her threats in such a way as not to make them explicit, she was seriously intimitating Sam with the threat of bodily violence.

Let's be honest the local ol' bill will be paying particular attention to BB this year in case the disgusting events of last year are repeated, hey it's very early in June to have got their quotas for speeding motorist innit.

Sorry no big fan of Lesley/lie/leh's tactics but FFS, have the police really got nothing better to do.

No, this is about Lesleh's implied threat to give Sam a good kicking - something she has done more than once over the past couple of days

LOOK, if there had been the producers would have got whichever HM out of the house quicker than you can say whatalotofbollox. It wouldn't be worth their Nathan-Barley-like asses to risk having the programme taken off air.

Did you not read the bit that said "not sure if this is true yet"???

Well, a few of those threats about physical harm have crept through on-air. What’s the law regarding threatening actual bodily harm?

Her parents must be so proud.

From what I have seen & taking into account my experience of receiving a caution myself for 'threatening behaviour' I would say that she is definately skirting the boundaries.
perhaps she has said more & possibly worse that has been cut out.
Let's face it many of us may say things in private or among frinds that could be construed legally as 'threatening' etc., the difference here is that it is on air & immediately viewable.
Then again did anyone ever get prosecuted over 'fight night'
, surely that was worse?

Can come under 2 statutes I can think of (I am not a cop/lawyer so I will sit corrected if necessary)

1) Repeated use of threats to harm a person comes under harassment law and will probably be punishable with initially a caution, followed by a fine.. Serious breaches can be punished with an ASBO.

2) If there are direct threats involving permanent damage or death (i.e. "I'll kill you", or "I'll break your legs/arms") then in serious cases it's as if you were actually committing the offence and is punishable accordingly. Threats to kill, I believe, can wind you up in jail if you continue to do so.

From what i've seen on the live stream and TV so far, Grizzleh Fat-ass is already in breach of anti-harassment law.

Absolute cobblers. Nothing'll happen.

This is the sort of rubbish the Sun dishes out daily. 'Sensational' rumours, no source.

There has been a complaint to Offcom . I've just been over at the C4 forum and someone called fendibabe has posted that she has complained both to C4 complaints dept and to Offcom about Lesley's bullying of Sam.here

I know for a fact that Lesley said to Sam, "I'll gauge your eyes out". She then apologised the next morning to Sam for that comment.

Has word got out and have BB warned/advised Lesley and Craig about their bullying?

And Ofcom won't take the slightest notice! Water off a ducks back - they've better things to do than get involved in trivia like this. It's school playground stuff. In fact I'm half expecting Lardarse Lesleh to come out with the "my dad's bigger than your dad" line anytime.
