Also ducks I'm at work all week I can't watch the live stream continually (and when i do the sound is always bloody off). |

Lardsley had a warning from BB about her threats and intimidation towards Sam hence the insincere and entirely "fake" (oh, the irony) kiss-up that Team Britney did this afternoon. |

Just a quick mention...
I haven't been watching everything, but if Lesley threatened to give Sam a good kicking when she got out of the house then that's psychological assault. If you cause someone else to apprehend personal violence and intend to do so then it's a criminal offence. The only reason she might not fit the criteria is the threat is meant to be an immediate one, but if she said she'd punch her once they were both out of the house it *may* be counted as such. Therefore, we have Lesley the criminal. It's not punished that harshly - 6 months in prison or a £5000 fine is the maximum. But I agree with other posters that BB and C4 will be on the look-out for anything that they can get rapped for, and will be more vigilant for potential offences. From what I've seen, the original taking of the bag isn't a crime, but the later threats were. |

The Digispy news pages are also reporting that Lesley told Sam that "someone" would end up "kicking the shit" out her earlier today.
Threatening violence is a criminal act. |

Is there a feature on this forum that would allow me to filter-out certain posters?
I've sometimes seem FMs mention an "ignore", but I've never found it in the interface. |

Sorry no big fan of Lesley/lie/leh's tactics but FFS, have the police really got nothing better to do. Under the 1997 Harassement Act, concistent 'bullying' is a crime, which carries a custodial sentenc, or a hefty fine. |

I know it won't happen and shouldn't happen, even to horrible Lesleh.
But imagine her doing six months with all the lezzers and freaks a la Bad Girls

![]() Didn't say they should, if that's how it came across I'm sorry. I just tried to point out that a criminal offence has been committed. Yes, it's more trivial than GBH, and yes it's great entertainment to watch. And you're right, it's likely that nothing will get done. But the fact remains that a criminal offence has been committed, and just because it happened on a TV show doesn't change that. And thanks so much for asking what I'm on. Hayfever pills would be the answer to your sympathetic question. About the 6 month imprisonment thing - it's not harsh comparatively; would you really want life for it? |

Can you people actually take a step back and read what you're saying for a second.... No wonder crime is running out of control if the police are expected to investigate every time two girls have a barny, talk about a waste of resources FFS
