No, I never said that, I just stated that's how a possible sentence would be dished out.

However, she should be at least be subject to an official caution for threats to harm another.

If, of course, she already has a record for threatening behaviour or a previous ASBO/court order then the threats to harm Sam (however non-intentional, just bitchiness) could be considered a breach of the conditions for having it lifted, and therefore at the behest of the magistrate involved a prison sentence COULD occur.

Chances are it would just be seen as a fat immature chav blowing off steam, and ignored - UNLESS Sam makes an offical complaint to the authorities at the end.

Oh please, why don't you ring the police and report her then?

Are you fcuking blind? I never said I or anyone else should phone the police I was stating how a sentence would be dished out. Read posts before retorting will you?

I have the feeling you are one of those people that either

a) Have kids and let them stay up until some unfathomable hour and wonder why they are b*stards to control.

b) Have been in trouble with the law yourself at some point and see the right to threaten others as god-given.

c) Are still at school and haven't grasped the concept that in the big wide world, being intimidating to others is actually illegal, not just a breach of the school rules.

d) Own a large quantity of Kappa tracksuits and Burberry caps, some of which you've actually paid for from Jobseekers allownce. Have a "baby mother" as well as a girlfriend. Drive a Fiesta Turbo with 8 spotlights on the front and a neon kit underneath. Answer to the name Wayne/Gary/Kev. Use the word "Innit",or "Ya knaa wha I mean?" after every sentence.

Basically what Grizzleh said to Sam is illegal under The Harassment Act and if Sam sees fit to complain, why should Lardsley get away with it. I am not going to phone the police about it, it's not me being harassed - the only time I'd contact the rozzers about a crime is if it was 1) serious and happening there and then, 2) someone was in immediate physical danger.

Now if you can't constructively reply to mine and other posters comments about the situation, kindly fcuk off to another forum/site.

I think the lesson here is: no one is aloud to stick up for Lesley or at least question the posts of the morons that attack her in every post.

I'm still a bit shocked about the aggressiveness of the doctor's reply, all I said was "Why don't you call the police then if you are so concerned?" and he has condemned me for being a blight on society in general.

If it was the other way round I'd be sticking up for Lardass.

It's just a shame that in this day and age people seem to be of the opinion that bullying and threatening behaviour toward others is OK and shouldn't be punished if "it's just a joke". Yes, a practical joke is fine, but when it reduces someone to the state it reduced Sam to, it ceases being a joke. Then when the instigator tries to make like nothing ever happened and lie his/her way out of it, they should be brought to task over the matter.

If it was in a workplace, Grizzleh would have been at least given a written warning for her behaviour, if not dismissed.

I mean this is a forum about Big Brother, a reality game show, surely not every single reply has to be of essay-like proportions, with constructive asides and thoughtful debate?

Its because youre not allowed an opinion different to the majority. They love a witch hunt round here and if you dont pledge your allegiance to hating Leslie, you are a witch and shall be burned at the stake forthwith.

It's jsut that I think the whole arresting Leslie thing is crazy. If anyone has been watching Celeb Love Island a lot worse has gone on there (brawling/swearing etc).

It is crazy. Its the last resort of the desperate people in here looking for a real world solution to a pretend world scenario. They want Leslie out and will stop at nothing to do that. Whether it be saying Endemol are trying to kill her, or calling the police in to reomve her. Smacks of desperation and insanity to me.

Threats don't amount to anything unless someone presses charges. She would of probably also had to of said it to her face.
