basically implying that non-white guys will not treat her aswell.
I want to know why she doesn't mean to be stereotypical?
Why is it stereotypical for black men not to be 'husband material'?”
She's not being stereotypical - she said the black men she's been with haven't been husband material. She didn't say that all black men aren't husband material.
She was talking about her own experiences so how are we to know what each one was like. She could have phrased it better but if she’s the total bigot some make her out to be why would she go out with them in the first place?

Seems pretty clear to me.”
She said 'I don't mean to be stereotypical BUT the black guys I have been with have not been husband material'
She was a immigrant hater who came from immigrants in her audition tape so coming out with stereotypes is hardly suprising. and on a personal note as a "black single mum" stupid men come in a variety of different colors and shades. "at the end of the day" she has to roll the dice like the rest of us and hope that she can pick someone capable of being more than a sperm donor, regardless of colour

Well...one theory is that in the days of African slavery, slavemasters would deliberately stop black men and women forming family units, thus preventing potentially rebellious communities forming. It is believed that this anti-family behaviour has carried on with black men down the ages. Thus many black men in the West are considered as having a love 'em and leave 'em reputation.
I agree with all of what cupcake said but at the same time a racist would not bother to say she was not being stereotypical, she would have merely tarred all with the same brush
I see nothing wrong with her explaining her feeling based on her own experiences - just happens that in her case white men have treated her better - In many other peoples lives people have found the opposite to be true
