Maybe then we wouldn't live in a world where a 19-year-old thinks the best way to garner popularity is to wear a slutty outfit. However, continue with your semantics. |

Besides, it rhymes with "baby", you'd be putting 1000s of songwriters out of work |

i love this bit from that site
Not for Girls? The Yorkie and Echo Adverts Catherine Redfern looks at the crazy world of chocolate advertising. There are two very different chocolate adverts on British tv at the moment, offering two very different views about who should be eating the stuff and why. One claims that chocolate is for men only - literally, it's "not for girls" the ads say. The other puts forward the view that women literally cannot survive without chocolate and a world without it would be a world where half the human race lose their sanity oh dear how sad |

My g/f tried feminism once, when she was drunk. To be honest I found it quite a turn on.

The look on Max and Anthony's faces when they first saw her in that outfit were priceless. Something tells me they'd have no argument with the majority of what's been said in this thread.

God there is another day to go,
Lesley is singing and a policewoman. Craig has given birth. Roberto and Derek are hamming it up delivering the baby. Sam and Makosi have done a demi-Shell minus the innovative bit the lawn mower. Science is talking in strange american nurses accents. Derek thinks Saskia is playing up her ankle to get a sympathy vote..........Kemal will wear a dress next........perhaps not...... |

i think it's disgusting the way this girl is insulted. so what if she comes across as an attention seeker? they're all attention seekers to go on that show in the first place. earlier tonight makosi and sam were running round the garden almost naked for example. just because she's not stick thin, doesn't mean it's ok to be so cruel, especially when she's not even that fat at all! she's about size 16 but the way some of you go on you'd think she was size 26! and even if she was, so what? it's no justification for such nasty comments. like her or not there's really no need to hurl insults such as "fat les". it says a lot more about the person throwing these insults than it does about her.

Fair enough but, then she's scared people won't like her.Quote:

True, but she thinks she's the biggest babe in creation and has the cheek to say Sam is ugly.Quote:

She claims she's size 12 (her mouth maybe.)Quote:

True but, what does it say about Lesleh when every other word she says is an insult about Sam?

What was she wearing? I missed it.
It must have been getting to her that Saskia has been wearing that nurses outfit. |

A while back Lesley was complaining that someone hadn't said she looked great. It was damaging her confidence... Who was Lesley complaining about?

True but, what does it say about Lesleh when every other word she says is an insult about Sam? I'm not trying to justify any insults she's thrown at sam but 2 wrongs don't make a right. how can you criticise lesley's behaviour of throwing insults by throwing some back? it makes you just as bad. (i don't mean 'you' personally) and so what if she says she's size 12? is that a justification for calling her "fat les" or "fat slut" or any of the other things i've seen her called? (in all fairness, if anyone is a "slut" it's Sam - that's all she went on about on her audition tape!) could it not possibly mean she's actually insecure about her size? think about it, if she was comfortable with her looks why would she lie about her dress size? no, her calling Sam names isn't right but if people have a problem with that they should say so instead of calling her names in return. it doesn't even make sense to call someone names cos they're calling someone else names cos you're only invalidating your argument. |
