Does the non-internet/non E4 world know how bad Lesley is?
It concerns me that so much covering up has been done about the bullying that the majority of people who just watch the highlights don't know just how bad Lesley really is. When I have asked people at work who only watch the highlights they are stunned when I say Lesley is the favourite to go (most of them think Craig should be).
I just wonder whether Lesley is going to evade eviction this week, down to the fact that she has thus far had good editing. (Of course tonight that may all change - although I doubt it). Have any of the papers picked up on her "bullying"? Or is it just us? |

Why do you think that the live feed gives you any fuller picture than the highlights? You do understand that the live feed is filtered too, yes?

She's nailed on favourite for eviction at the moment, 4/9 and that's out of twelve people rather than the normal 2 or 3, so I'd say a lot of people have noticed or been swayed by what theyve heard about her.

they have not shown very much of lesley bitching and backbiteing on C4 last night she was hardly seen on the show because the only other footage they had was of her bitching |

I was wondering the same thing, Cornchips. On the highlights show she comes across as much more normal doesn't she? I reckon a lot of people think she's just a down to earth working class girl who they can relate to. She could well end up staying on Friday...

I wasn't saying they showed the whole story on live feed, but they do show more than on the highlights, and none of Lesley's antics have been shown (whether you consider them to be bullying or not), and on the highlights in my view she hasn't had that much air time at all. |

Thing is, this year there are one heck of a lot more people with E4 than before, approximately 5 million, how many of them actually watch BB is one question and the other is howmany of those actually watch the live coverage.
This has cropped up the last couple of years, but I do think that the 'E4 effect' will be considerably less than in previous years. |

It makes you think
C4 shows edited highlights and doesn't really cover the bullying Live streaming is edited but does show bullying The housemates don't vote for Lesley but, in the main, do vote for Sam. Are we missing something - what are they cutting out of the live streaming? Is Sam actually worse than Lesley but we aren't seeing that? Or was Lesley only bullying Sam when it's only her gang in earshot ? If it was so bad - why did the other housemates not nominate Lesley? Does them not nominating her make them as bad, or worse, than her by condoning her actions? |

I didn't realise how hated Lesley was until I read this forum. From watching the show I thought Kemal was the bully and Lesley his mindless follower.
Most people I speak aren't aware that bullying is even an issue. I wouldn't be surprised to see Craig or Vanessa to go. |

Ok, so you concede that the live feed is not really that - so is there a possibility that some things that eg Sam did didn't get through? Actions which could be behind the reasons why 3 other housemates outside of Lesley's group nommed her?

But internet/E4 viewers will surely vote many more times than casual highlights-only viewers.

There's always the chance that they show her really mouthing off at Sam tonight.
.. You know, the argument where Maxwell told her to shut up? .. If they don't show that, we know that they want her to stay. |

Lesley shouts when she wants to be horrible so it's more easily picked up upon. Why do you think Vanessa called Sam "conniving"? |

I'm sure it shows how FAT lesley is which seems to be the only concern of alot of the posters on here.

'Conniving' seems like a perfect word to describe 'Team Britney' seeing as they all somehow managed to nominate Sam and Saskia. http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=conniving |

Making sure the meal she made was too salty so everyone would moan about it and she'd be the injured "bullied" party isn't conniving? They can't show her actions on tv though can they? But they can show the others being pissed off that she'd wasted all the food. |

It should also be added that it's a 12 way vote so any C4 only viewers who see no particular wrong in Lesley will scatter their votes across the others (Derek had a bad edit yesterday), so would not necessarilly aid her chances of staying in the house. as much as if it was a 2-way vote between her and Sam.
