It wasnt very popular, and when the twist was revealed they were both voted out on the next two weeks by the HouseMates themselves, (no public vote in the US version).

Back to Saskia - I have to say she's the only Housemate ever to be in the House who has made me wonder where I've seen her before but I'm more then likely just getting her mixed up with someone else.
