What is it exactly that makes Lesley so entertaining for Lesley lover's?

Maybe you enjoy watching another person being made to feel unworthy of being an equal, undermined, and isolated.

It's already been established that she has bullied by getting a warning - so don't go there.

Saskia is fairly large, but I don't dislike her - so don't go there.

I don't find her particularly entertaining, actually, but I think that the level of hostility for her, on this DS forum, is not in proportion to her so-called "crimes". I suspect it is because she is a bit of a northern chav, and if she were prettier/more petite then it wouldn't be so bad. Dannouk (I think) said earlier "You are applying real life morals to a made-up telly world", or something along those lines and that is correct. Everyone who is anti-lesleh is so sanctimonious about her antipathy towards Sam, as if they were watching real life - it ain't, it's a game show, that is all.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. You can't have it both ways:

Either lesley is entertaining because she's bitchy and a bully or she's not. If she is, why do so many Lesley supporters want Sam out of the house? Makes more sense to leave the "victim" in there so that their girl can carry on being entertaining.

Or will Lesley then carry on being "entertaining" at someone else's expense. Vanessa perhaps, Makosi or Derek?

There's no moral high ground here to be claimed by the Lesley fans. If you are enjoying the bullying, clothes hiding, character assinations, threats of violence, arrogance and playground gang mentality because you find it intrinsically entertaining in itself, that says something about you. If you are are enjoying it just because it's aimed at Sam, that says something different.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think anyone enjoying the bullying for it's own purpose is probably slightly sadder than those who just plainly can't see anything to like about Sam. In which case, you'll just have to recognise yourselves in the vituperative responses Lesley is earning on these boards.

And there the irony is, those of you complaining about some of the anti-Lesley posts, obviously don't see those as entertaining, when there is some genuine laughs and wit on the forum.

Still, it does seem at least as if the Lesley fans now accept she is a bully, if the best they can do is to claim that the Sam fans are now just as bad.

Whether Lesley is a bully (which i dont think she is, i just think she is being bitchy to someone she hates.not right but not bullying) or not, it doesnt mean she is game to be "bullied" back. We don't have the death penalty in this country for those reasons..ie, if someone kills, we don't punish them by killing them back (thankfully). The girl is in for a hard time Friday nght if evicted presumably by some people who hate her for her "bullying". It doesnt make sense.

When somebody seeks to enter the BB house, they do it for essentially 3 reasons:

1. Self-aggrandisement

2. Escapism

3. Greed

If that's the path they seek, then all well and good, but if they wish to capitalise on the attention of viewers of the show, then they have to accept the flip-side. Not everyone will love them, not everyone will care.

If they have a right to feed off our interest, then we conversely have the right to love or loathe them in this gigantic panto.

As the saying goes: if you want to sup with the Devil, you'd better have a very long spoon.

If she insists on squeezing her body into the most ridiculous clothes that are obviously not meant for someone that size then she must expect some ridicule.
If she insists on thrusting her chest in peoples faces and discussing them, then she must expect some ridicule.
If she insists on bullying someone, then she must expect some of her own medicine back, maybe that way she will stop and think and finally learn.

I don't approve of physical threats against her, but I think she deserves alittle of her own medicine when she's coming out of the house, just so she experiences what it feels like. Anyone agree?

I can't stand Lesley but she shouldn't be criticised physically as she is on this forum nor should threats[albeit empty] be made against her.
Low-life she certainly is[fair comment I hope] along with her pond-life associate Craig.

Slightly digressing,I have been far and away Davina's worst critic here and have often been pulled up for my "alleged" vindictiveness. But I don't think I've ever gone beyond just referring to Davina as Toady McCall or describing her cruelty to some evicted HMs as low-life behaviour.To me McCall is the worst example of this low-life,scummy behaviour that BB seems to encourage.

If Lesley wasnt under the watchful eye of big brother I'm quite sure that she would have beaten the crap out of sam by now. A lot of people on these forums cannot stand bullying in any shape or form and and Lesley's behaviour has provoked these nasty comments that we have made about her. She has brought it on herself

Why must she expect be ridiculed for wearing clothes that she obviously likes and feels comfortable. She may be a biggish girl, but she's by no means in a dangerous health state, or dare I say grotesque... and who cares anyway....

Why must she be ridiculed for sticking her boobs in peoples faces - most blokes ogle them enough whether they're on display or not - she might look like a bit of a tit (pardon the pun) - but I don't think it's a given that she be ridiculed...

As for the whole bullying thing - she hid a make up bag, she's made some OTT comments, she gossiped with her mates behind Sam's back, thrown some comments Sam's way and generally been a bit of a ****, but too expect that it's fair for her to be boo'd and hurled abuse at, as well as having to put up with all this ridicule when we don't know her from a bar of soap is a bit much imo...

I personally feel sorry for them both - it's gotta be tough finding your feet in there.

Well I don't think that Lesleh and Sam would be living togther in real life, or even know each other, if it was not for the "watchful eye of big brother", so your argument is spurious.

The girl is a complete fake, she is nasty, vicious and totally insecure and as a result wants to make other people's lives miserable as well, the world would be a better place without people like her.

Oh for goodness sake....... she's put herself on display on the most watched reality programme ..... of course she should expect some ridicule............Although she personally herself would not expect it because she obviously sees no wrong in the way she behaves, and how silly she looks.

But the issue is is that there ARE people in their world like that, and everyone has good and bad sides to their personality, including Lesleh. It would be a very boring world if we were all the same, and would also make for very boring BB telly!
