Odds have shortened dramatically in the last few hours for Leslie to be evicted . Whilst Sams odds have lengthened
Leslie is now 1/4
Sam 4/1

.. seems the highlights show may have worked in Sam's favour, even though the bullying was omitted?

A lot of people have been watching on Freeview and so realise what a vicious little madam Lez is.

Wonder what they'll show as her best bits? There haven't been any. Just like Nadia last year. It was all her "Aaah neeed ma cigarettes!!!"

Im just wondering if BB realise Leslie will go anyway this friday and are worried about the crowd reaction on friday night and hence have left a lot of Leslie's more unpalatable actions out of the highlights shows as some sort of damage limitation.?
An ugly crowd scene could spell the end of BB if it got out of hand.

Don't trust the midweek odds - Mary went last week.

Craig was never such a hot shot fav to go, as as Leslie is now.
An indicator may be tomorrow afternoon. Thats when Marys odds shortened dramatically last week to bring her level and then fav over Craig to go.
If nothing changes much in Leslies fav tomorrow afternoon then she is gone.

It was closer between Mary and Craig anyway , so maybe those that have inside knowledge were'nt sure until Friday last week. I think this time its so clear Leslie is going that any insiders would bet today, rather than getting a poorer price tomorrow.
Hence the dramatic shortenening of Leslies odds in the last few hours today, as opposed to the shortening of Marys odds last week on the friday.

But, anything can happen, generally the bookies are right, but every now and then they are'nt. (re Bez beating Kensie in celeb BB)

But, there again, the odds last week were constantly showing Mary and Craig's odds getting closer together until Mary was the fave come Friday, so the betting was consistent with what happened with the eviction. As it stands, Lesley and Sam's eviction odds are going in opposite directions, so it's looking like foregone conclusion.

By the way, ignore the odds at the top of the screen as those odds are for the housemate to win, totally different. The ones to look for are the odds in the scroller on the left hand side, as those are eviction odds.

It will all come down to whether the C4 highlights finally show just how bad Lesley and Co have been, or whether they make it seem that Lesley and Sam have made up and then try to make Sam look bad. For example, they could highlight the HM reaction to Sam's meal, or Sam's role in failing the task, or any bitchy comments from Sam they might find.

Remember that these people decided to put Craig and Lesley in the show after seeing Craig's audition tape, and that they waited and waited before finally taking steps against Lesley. Now they have "Lesley and Sam make up" footage, which could be edited to show Lesley's false claims about what was happening with nothing in the show to correct them.

One odd thing is that the stories on the C4 site show more of how bad Lesley was than the highlight shows do, probably because they are produced by different people.

When even C4's own news stories are so much more truthful than the highlight shows, something is wrong.

This is all leaving a very bad taste , and only Lesley being evicted on Friday, with Sam staying for another week, can begin to rinse it away.

I know someone who works for William Hill who told me in the past that they have several reliable moles in the Endemol camp who give them info on what will appear in that day's shows. This is how they can increase the chances of not being taken to the cleaners. So, with this in mind, it would appear that today's main show will depict Lesleh in her true light.

What would really make my day is if Sam stayed, blossomed, and at some point mercilessly took the piss out of Lesleh, perhaps by dressing up as her or some such. That, IMHO, would be justice. I know Sam hasn't got a prayer of winning, is probably quite selfish and self centred, and isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer, but no one, even Lesleh, deserves the kind of stick she's taken over the past fortnight.

In those circumstances I would hope Sam blossomed and DIDN'T seek to rake over old arguments with the not-so-dearly departed.

She'll probably have a few new ones anyway. It's not just Lesley who's been picking on her.

I'd like to see Sam blossom; but I hope she isn't still affected by what lesley did for the rest of her time in BB. So I hpe she doesn't take the p put of Lesley.

I think Sam will blossom, though. There's already a hige difference in Sam when she's feeling relatively happy and safe, compared to when she's not.

You can still get the 5/1 on totesport. Lump on. It's a building society job

Here's an outside bet. Betdirect list the 12 housemates eviction odds and have 'Any other' at 250/1. I wonder if they've had any takers.

How about Derek for an outsider? Doesnt really relate to the young female voters, funny thoygh he can be, they could relate more to Lesley/Sam. 14/1 aint bad odds really.

I think it will still be close, and that tonight and then the Friday show will swing things. Remember how Mary ended up going.
